Off topic: Não teve jeito, né? Por mais que a gente tenha pedido para NÃO mudar o layout para esse, vocês ainda sim mudaram, ô beleza…
Admito que este novo layout é uma mudança drástica, mais creio que é tudo questão de adaptação.
Além disso, isto me parece mais uma mudança da ferramenta, não algo que a equipe do Jalop podia escolher manter ou não.
Além do mais, vocês preferem o Jalop assim ou sem o Jalopnik?
O Jalop antigo. Faz um bom tempo de visito o Kotaku, mesmo com esse layout novo eu ainda tentei, sério, mas não dá. O texto ficou muito apertado, dá nos nervos mover só metade da tela [derrame ou o que?]… Sigam o exemplo do Best Cars, lá eles simplesmente atualizaram e deixaram melhor visualmente com o gerenciamento dos links.
Concordo…ficou péssimo.
Sem contar que esse branco atrapalha absurdamente pra ler.

Não queria dizer nos comentários que o novo layout é péssimo. Mas ele é. E muitos de nós avisamos, pedimos, informamos, e fomos ignorados.
É possível se acostumar ao novo visual, assim como é possível se acostumar a um sapato apertado, que de tanto roçar crie calos, mas, provavelmente eu e muitos leitores vamos diminuir a frequencia ou duração das visitas ao Jalopnik. Escutem, em aproximadamente quinze minutos no site já estou com a vista cansada devido a organização confusa e o plano de fundo de Word, que tristemente me faz lembrar que acabei de passar oito horas redigindo relatórios e ofícios, e isso não é legal, não é o momento relax que gostaria de ter. É como chegar em casa, abrir seu malte premium trincando de gelado, e, no lugar de encontrar o esperado sabor sublime que nos leva ao estase , sentir gosto de café gelado da firma.
Ótima galeria e a propósito, falar sobre a Shelby não cansa.

Isto é um site e não um portal, esse branco está cintilando em minha cara, tenha dó, contrate alguém para fazer isso direito, é um desrespeito fazer isso com o leitor habitual, mudanças como essas tem que ser feita ao poucos e não de uma vez.

Agora…po Jalop, esse 'leiauti' tá complicado…quer dizer, não que nós leitores sejamos burros, mas gostamos das coisas iguais a gostamos de carros(ao menos a maioria): bons no que devem ser bons. Acho que isso se aplica ao site, quer dizer po…muita informação, muito texto espremido…a única coisa que eu achei legal mesmo foi a timeline, assim eu não preciso ficar voltando milhões de páginas pra ver os posts novos. Mas em resumo eu acho que o layout anterior era bom porque descansava a vista e o texto não era espremido entre uma imagem ou outra…as cores realmente descansavam a vista ou no mínimo deixava mais 'amigável'.
Mas como já disseram, é pra frente que se anda!
